Gorgeous light, blooming flowers, and a couple soaking in the anticipation of parenthood to me is the recipe for a perfect maternity session. As an Oklahoma City maternity photographer, Will Rogers Botanical Gardens is one of my go-to locations. It’s especially dreamy in the spring, and it’s easy to see why so many families fall in love with it.
This location offers such a relaxed, natural setting for your photos. The gardens are easily walkable (a big win for expecting mamas!), and you don’t have to go far to find variety. For this session, we started in one quiet area and found several beautiful spots with soft light and lush backgrounds. Our final part of the session was in one of my favorite corners of the gardens with the last bit of golden sunlight.
