By attending the Nurture Fest Breastfeeding Celebration event, you agree to waive, release, and discharge Charis Elisabeth Photography and all event sponsor and other attendees from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for illness, death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to the you our your family during the event and including traveling to and from this event. You will be responsible for your children and for yourself and release all others involved with the event from any claims against their person or their business. You affirm that you are participating voluntarily in this event and forfeit all right to bring a suit against any of the released entities or persons.
Media Usage Agreement for Nurture Fest
I hereby grant Charis Elisabeth Photography ("CEP") and the Nurture Fest event sponsors the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use any media (including photos and videos) of or containing me, my property, and minors in my care to publish, post, and display in printed form, or in any digital form now or hereafter known, and for any legitimate purpose whatsoever. I hereby grant the right to use and publish images and videos taken at the Nurture Fest to further promote the event and the services of CEP,and the event sponsors including portfolio, print, web site, display, advertisement, and editorial use. Charis Elisabeth Photography may revoke this license at any time and for any reason. Event photographers retain all copyrights to the images and derivative works thereof. I also understand that other event attendees may be taking photos and videos of the event as well and agree to not hold liable for any images or videos posted online that include me or my child in them.

Let’s honor your breastfeeding journey and join a local movement that celebrates and promotes breastfeeding. This journey is one that can be so hard and yet rewarding.
Come celebrate your hard work, connect with other beautiful mamas in the same journey, and soak in being spoiled for a night.
Private Individual Micro Photo Session + Group photos to celebrate and normalize breastfeeding!
This event will give you an opportunity to get individual breastfeeding photos with you and your little one and also be part of a whole group photo of breastfeeding mothers. With appreciation to our sponsors we will provide snacks and photos for mamas. Each mama will receive 3 professional individual images and 3 group images. Mix and mingle before and after the group photo for a time of refreshments and connecting with other mamas as well as interacting with event sponsors. Breastmilk Mamas all welcome (pumping, EBF, SNS, donors, etc.)
